Stay on Windows 8.1, don’t try to fix what isn’t working. I’ll move to Windows 10 in about six months, or even a year if the issues disappear.

Functions perfectly on my desktop. Probably my laptop has a poor hardware setup that causes problems (had driver issues even with version 7). Don’t misunderstand, it’s got solid specs, but the configuration is really bad.

Choose Win 8 and hold off until the transition to Win 10 ends, then upgrade. Or skip the upgrade completely.

Exactly as you said, yes! I’m facing the same problem with my Intel 3000 + 7470M and they’re not fixing it until October 15th.

I've attempted to switch to Windows 10 multiple times, but I consistently encounter a Page_Fault_In_Non_Paged_Area issue. After checking everything—hard drives, RAM, disabling antivirus—I’m still stuck with Windows 7.
