Well , the title described it . Here's what i want to oc :
1 . My cpu , the i7 6700k . I have a z170 board ofc , msi z170 pro carbon i might add , and a deepcool maelstrom 240t that should support at least 4.5ghz oc but probably even more .
2 . My gpu , the gtx 1070 , asus strix version . Buyt i dont understand something , in the asus gpu tweak 2 , im limited to less than 1800mhz , why ?
Anyways, link me some tutorials for those .
Also , what else could i oc ? i know about ram , but those seems to not like oc

Ensure your PSU meets a minimum of 450W, featuring 4x4 pin EPS and 6 pin/6+2 pin PEG.
Prepare all BIOS versions on a bootable USB 2.0 flash drive. Follow the manual to reset CMOS from the printed guide.
Review the manual repeatedly until you understand it thoroughly.
Unplug the motherboard's brake.
Turn off C-state and P-state.
Adjust BCLK to 100MHz; later refine with tuning once a stable highest 6700K preset is achieved.
Under CPU settings, locate base clock and offset—typically for 6700K it should be 4GHz with a +400MHz offset, and possibly further adjusted with Vcore changes for a higher frequency such as 4.5GHz.

I don't understand the restriction to 1800 MHz, but you might want to try MSI Afterburner. Although it's MSI's overclocker, it should work with your ASUS card regardless. You should be able to boost the clock as much as needed.
Regarding RAM, it's straightforward. With an MSI motherboard, you can easily configure the RAM in the BIOS.

I have actually overclocked the GPU using MSI Afterburner some time ago, since someone mentioned that ASUS has locked the OC range for the card in their program. But how do I determine the clock speed my GPU is running at? I only know that I added 350 to it, which is essentially the maximum I can achieve without my PC crashing. It still causes a bit of issues, like the monitor turning black for a moment before returning to normal, but that never happens later. I’m not sure how much to add to the GPU memory either. How much should I increase? I don’t think I should overclock the RAM—I’ve heard it can cause instability. The only issue I face now is overclocking the processor; I don’t really understand how to use MSI BIOS, I can’t find where to set it, except for the default one. It auto-sets it to 4.4GHz, but I could probably push it a bit higher. The CPU rarely exceeds 60-65 degrees even in heavily taxing games. Can you help me with this?

Prepare all BIOS versions on a bootable USB 2.0 flash drive. Follow the manual to reset CMOS from the printed guide.
Revisit the manual repeatedly for better understanding.
Disconnect the motherboard's brake:
- Turn off C-state and P-state.
- Adjust BCLK to 100MHz; later fine-tune with Vcore adjustments if needed, aiming for a stable 6700K setting.
Under CPU settings, you'll see base clock and offset values—typically for 6700K the base clock is 4GHz with a +400MHz offset, which may shift to around 4.5GHz after Vcore tuning.
Check the manual for specific configurations.
Consider increasing the fan speed to 100%, though this may shorten its lifespan and make it very noisy.
