It won't be possible to significantly boost its speed. The original Ryzen models were mostly capped at around 3.9GHz to 4.0GHz.

Early generation non-x chips were essentially the best overclockers, mainly just to match the performance of x chips.

Consider testing at 4ghz with 1.35v and 40x scaling. Avoid exceeding 1.45v for the first-gen Ryzen. Keep in mind that monitoring tools might not be precise, and you could be sending more than intended into the socket.
