Looking for optimal and secure configurations to lower temperatures and energy use. I’m seeking reliable settings for both CPU and GPU. Thanks!

You need to verify it yourself since silicon quality varies per sample and exceeds the assurances from Intel and Nvidia (which only covered stock configurations).

This requires trying different approaches but there are some steps you can follow. First, understand the default voltage of your chip and begin there. Open the BIOS, configure it for manual voltage so it doesn’t interfere with your CPU’s settings, then gradually lower the voltage in small steps until instability appears. After that, raise it back by two points to regain stability. For the GPU, the process is similar and can be managed through software like MSI Afterburner, applying a consistent profile each time you boot. Once you find a stable setting, save it as a profile and have the program apply it automatically on startup.

Consider a less powerful CPU/GPU setup to conserve energy. Are you aiming to reduce temperatures? Which components are you using, and which cooler are you employing?
