Dual 7200 models cost around six dollars on AliExpress. Keep in mind, this type of laptop line isn’t typically designed for easy upgrades.

It seems this chip was available with C2Ds, so it should work with some, but I haven't looked far enough to confirm. Best to pick one that came with it, since missing it might mean the BIOS can't support it.
I own a Toshiba Satellite A135 S4527 and I'm evaluating whether upgrading its CPU would be a worthwhile investment.
