You're looking for a motherboard that can handle more RAM, supports multiple CPUs, and offers better graphics options. It should have at least four RAM slots, work with quad-core processors, and include improved integrated graphics. The MSI-7525 Boston only supports up to 4GB RAM and has limited graphics capabilities.

The issue lies with the existing board you already possess.

You're right about the variety of CPU options. It's important to specify the exact model you're considering. Additionally, think about the kind of RAM that fits your needs.

Only allows 4GB of memory and a dual-core processor, with poor graphics performance!

I've got plenty of those on hand—possibly for an i3, i5, i7, or even a dual-core setup.

It doesn't seem worthwhile to purchase a new board for such an outdated platform.

No, these don't match. Did you miss the Linus video on computer building? If not, let's begin!

That's correct, core I3, core I5, and core I7 do not support DDR2.

Everyone tends to overlook details. However, what would you like from a computer so others can suggest practical options?
