Hi there! The Alienware 15 R2 has a corrupted BIOS, and I've tried all the usual fixes—replacing the chip or reprogramming it—but nothing works. I’m struggling to locate the official manual for this board. Most of what I’ve found comes from questionable sources. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Just in case, the motherboard doesn’t have any chips on the back? I’m also trying to locate it, but it’s proving tough.

The system contains two flash modules, both using Winbond 25Q64 chips at 3V, 64M-BIT serial flash memory. It appears there is a fail-safe mechanism allowing booting with an alternate chip via a specific key combination, possibly Ctrl+Esc.
