I think the Mobo will likely be the first part to be replaced, as it seems to be my main constraint. But since I don’t upgrade often, but every few years I thought I’d get advice from more experienced users here. I’m not necessarily stuck with AMD parts, though I enjoy keeping everything from one brand if possible—especially since using Rage mode or similar FSR/tracing features feels smoother when all components come from the same manufacturer.
Consider asking about a minor modification you envision. A motherboard upgrade will also require swapping out your CPU and RAM, even if you're using the strongest processor compatible with your socket. All the changes you make won’t be minor or inexpensive. How much were you planning to spend?

I'm trying to stay within a $1,000 budget. The GPU looks sufficient for my needs. I think I'm mostly worried because the CPU cooler might not arrive quickly enough and the software could freeze itself completely. Even with the AIO error, my idle temps are still around 32°C. When the compiler restarts fully, it enters CPU fan error mode and I have to adjust settings or restart about three times before it stabilizes again, though once it's back up it seems stable. I feel like something is missing in performance, or maybe I haven't overclocked or adjusted voltage long enough—I might just be making a mistake.

I bought everything AMD for the Rage mode and all the extra features you get when keeping things in-house. I think I might have missed something by reading or researching that the MOBO would limit my ability to use these benefits. Maybe I was off on my settings. I just got a new cooler (from AIO to Noctua) and if there had been an issue, I’d like to fix it now before replacing the whole computer.
I have the same board without Wi-Fi, it isn’t a big issue. The CPU doesn’t change much once you reach 4K, then the GPU gets more attention. The 4070 Ti Super would work better for 4K or the AMD 7900 XTX is top choice. What’s your PSU about? It might need updating. I’d recommend an NVMe 4.0 drive—something around 2TB or bigger, basic standard SSD. Writes are about 540MB, reads around 500MB. The fastest NVMe 4.0 drives usually handle 7000-6500MB, which should improve game performance and reduce long load times. That’s what makes a B550 top slot the quickest option I know. Another option is the 3.0 NVMe, slower at 3500MB, but it’s cheaper. You can find more details here:
