Looking for suggestions on hardware monitoring and fan control interfaces for Ubuntu
Hello everyone,
I'm just starting out with the Ubuntu system and need advice on hardware monitoring tools and fan management. After some exploration, I realized it might be tough to locate programs that match what I'm used to on other platforms. I'm seeking recommendations or suggestions from your experience.
In particular, I'm looking for a simple graphical interface that offers hardware monitoring features comparable to GPU-Z and CPU-Z. (I have an RTX 4090 and an I7-13700K.) I'm also interested in a tool that lets me control fan speeds, which would help with temperature regulation and overall performance. (I own Arctic 360 AIO and Lian Li PWM fans along with a Lian Li UNI fan P28).
If you know of any Ubuntu-compatible programs with a solid graphical layout, your input would be very valuable.
Thank you in advance for your help!
The goto website for those types of questions is alternativeto.net. I also know that a well-known Windows program was called Speedfan. You can find more details about alternative programs here: https://alternativeto.net/software/speed...form=linux
