Hey everyone,
I'm really thrilled about the new setup I've got this year. It was my first time putting together a PC, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. Now I'm diving headfirst into the world of overclocking. Here are the details of my machine:

CPU: i7 6700k
CPU fan: CM MasterAir Maker 8
GPUs: 2x MSI 980Ti (Armor 2x edition)
Motherboard: Asus Z170-A LGA1151
RAM: 2x RipJaw 2133 8gb
Power Supply: 850 gold rated (brand unknown, info from G2)

Regarding the tuning, I've been using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to adjust my BIOS settings. I've managed to hit a stable overclock of 4.5-4.6Mhz with average temperatures around 70°C. Should I be satisfied with these results? I've seen some stable readings at 4.7-4.8Mhz online. Is that a realistic target for someone just starting out? If anyone wants to share their settings or tips, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance! This community has been super helpful in getting me through the setup and troubleshooting stages.

Voltage would be the first step. My i7-6700k remains stable at 1.32V for 4.7Ghz and 1.39V for 4.8Ghz.

BigBoomBoom :
Starting voltage would be a good idea. My i7-6700k stays stable at 1.32V for 4.7Ghz and 1.39V for 4.8Ghz.
Thanks a lot, keeping it at 4.6 was really appreciated ^_^
