I prefer square for my business and am exploring barcodes as an alternative to simplify things. The challenge is locating suitable software; you can try Dymo with their printer, but the only straightforward option is the Turbwriter 550, which includes a basic RFID tag so you must use their specific rolls that are expensive. Their software functions well, though I struggle to afford the rolls compared to regular brands. All the discontinued Dymo printers without RFID compatibility are now priced very high. My current printer works fine, but there’s no clear guidance on the best format to use since marketing tech isn’t highlighted.
