I see you're thinking about PCIe form factors, but a USB Wi-Fi adapter could be a better choice. There are excellent options available at reasonable prices, often without complicated setup or bulky antennas. I purchased one for around $20 because it provided both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for my computer, performing perfectly. The ASUS PCIe adapter I used previously didn’t meet its advertised speeds. Depending on your connection quality, router power, and streaming needs, a faster model like the AC1200 might be worth considering. There are many choices out there—just do some research. Just note that Intel M.2 Wi-Fi cards work well, but you’ll also need a desktop antenna kit for optimal performance.
