Current System: MSI Trident 3 7th Gen Intel i7-7700 CPU board is PCB 1.0. The reason for this update. I’ve increased my RAM to 32 GB, upgraded the GPU to a GTX 1070 8GB, and connected an external power supply rated at 230 watts. I also bought a separate 330-watt external power supply. The issue is... My board is PCB 1.0 and it requires a 2.1 version to support the new card’s power needs. I’m trying to find a compatible MSI Trident 3 PCB 2.1 model, but none seem available. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
