The ASRock Steel Legend H470 seems to fit, especially if it has Direct I/O virtualization or a GTX 710 integrated GPU. Make sure the BIOS lists something like that. VT-D is different from VT-X, so double-check the documentation.

You verified the manual, and it confirms vt-d compatibility. Most recent setups include this feature, though GPU limitations may appear on certain boards based on PCI setup.
