I purchased a gaming PC on eBay with the specifications: AMD FX 8350 processor, 760GM-HDV motherboard, 8GB DDR3 RAM, and GTX 1050 Ti graphics card. The PC cost approximately $800, but I am unable to utilize high settings in recent games. I wish to upgrade the motherboard and lack experience with computer hardware, intending to learn through experimentation.

Upgrading isn’t beneficial as it's not designed for gaming. The FX platform is obsolete and end-of-life. A comparable gaming PC could have been constructed for under $800, and that alternative PC would be worth approximately $200.

Upgrading isn’t advisable; it's not a gaming machine. The FX platform is obsolete and end-of-life. A comparable gaming PC could have been built for under $800, and that PC is currently valued at approximately $200.

I intend to return it due to being scammed; the image depicted was not accurate, and I lack computer expertise. If anyone can recommend a prebuilt system around $800, that would be greatly appreciated.

Custom solutions typically offer superior value for money compared to pre-built options. Return it without hesitation.
