(Mods, if necessary, move this where it needs to go. Wasn't sure if it should go here or in Hobby Electronics) I have (NON New) 3DS XL with a component missing from the board. A 3 leg transistor at point Q3, near the headphone jack. With the markings "49". (I'm not the first person in here, sadly.) I need to find a replacement (having several on hand would be ideal, considering how damn small they are. But I am having a hard time doing so. I don't really understand the measurements I've taken with my multimeter, I just know it doesn't match any similar looking (But differently marked) 3 leg transistors I have on any random circuit boards I have laying around my house. There's one other "49" transistor on the (NON New) 3DS XL board. But that's close to a chip, so it's probably needed even moreso than the one that came off. Can anyone please help me find replacements? Or to figure out if one of the random transistors I have around here might work for this after all? I really don't want to toss a whole board for something this tiny. Thank you in advance.
