You should try using a tool like Rufus or Windows Installer to transfer the Windows 7 ISO to your M.2 SSD. For cloning, consider using Clonezilla if you have the necessary permissions and hardware support.

What type of M.2 slot are you using? Is it SATA or nVME? What drive model are you employing? If it's a Samsung device, you'll need to install the appropriate driver before proceeding with the OS installation: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/...ve.783921/

I've managed to resolve the issue. I installed it via a USB device with pre-installed drivers. The Gigabyte USB utility performs well.
