The graphics card stays in the identical position no matter which motherboard you use. Unless it refers to a case fan at the bottom of your case? Various boards can position their PCIe slots at different heights, but their width remains constant.

The most affordable choice among these would be the one with the lowest price.

I’d likely choose the MSI B650m-A Wi-Fi or the Gigabyte B650m-DS3H depending on their price in your area. Pick the one that fits your budget, unless you’re after the Wi-Fi feature.

I used to have two gigabyte motherboards but didn’t like them much, so I’m switching to MSI. Also, can you explain what the Wi-Fi feature on a motherboard does?

It allows easy connection to a Wi-Fi network, similar to how a laptop or phone works. You might also be able to set up your own Wi-Fi network using the appropriate software or operating system, though this isn't common.

The lan cable remains useful even if you purchase a new motherboard, as it connects your device to the network.

You have the choice of Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or both. Ethernet remains superior for stability and speed, but if you can't use it, at least you have an alternative.
