Occasionally, chip manufacturers release a less advanced version without truly turning off certain features. Sometimes this isn't reliable, as the feature remains active despite expectations. Occasionally they simply overlooked disabling it to cater to market needs. It seems OP might have been fortunate in this situation.

I don't understand CPU OC yet. Just adjust the peak voltage and core clock in Ryzen Master and that's about it.

Review the guide at the provided link and begin tweaking BIOS settings. Increase RAM timings by 10 MHz in increments of 10 MHz, keeping voltage as a last option. Today’s new processors make overclocking much simpler. In earlier times, we relied on LANpartys for similar adjustments.
