You're checking the Elgato HD60 S+ setup for voice capture. Since it doesn’t have a built-in mic, you’ll need a compatible solution like the USB Logictech G Pro headset. It won’t pick up your voice directly, but you can use a separate microphone and a capture card to record audio. The streamer NICKMERCS uses similar gear on his channel—look into compatible USB mics or external recorders paired with the HD60 S+ for better results.
