The resolution doesn't reach 1080p, so 1600x900 seems closest in aspect ratio. There are several options with different refresh rates listed next to them. I'm unsure why there are duplicates for 59Hz and 85Hz or which choice fits best with my 120Hz setting. The differences between these numbers aren't clear—please confirm the aspect ratio and check if the refresh rate matters for your setup.

You might be able to override settings in a configuration file, though I’m not sure about the specific game.

The highest quality and matching frequency are available for your monitor. That game is quite old, yet it’s a solid choice. Take a look at the opening scene or level.

You should choose one of the 85Hz settings. There are two because they offer different performance options. @SCHISCHKA you mentioned you’re testing it out, which makes sense since you’ve already started Crysis and want to stick with it. The new versions just came out a few days ago.

60hz unless your screen is 85hz This title was designed for CRTs since many monitors then ran above 60hz.

My display reaches up to 144Hz but it’s configured at 120Hz. I’m using the adaptive half refresh rate v sync feature in the Nvidia control panel to maintain smooth performance for Skyrim SE, especially so it doesn’t struggle with FPS above 60 during the opening scene when launching a new game.

Yes, you're allowed. However, I'm uncertain if it creates additional issues to address.

The issue appears to be with Pacific Assault not functioning well on Windows 10. When you start the game, only the main menu is visible.

I might attempt to use compatibility mode, though it proved difficult on Windows 10 versus Windows 7. See the article for more details.
