I am looking for Macro Software that works with Windows 11. The app needs to run inside the File Explorer on W11. Its main job is to change (Name and Title) in specific categories. I need something that can go through files one by one, over and over again, to edit these items in a folder. When I search online for macro apps, I don't find any programs that do this exact thing. The descriptions on the web aren't very clear or detailed. I would like some suggestions from other people here about what software could help me with this task. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Why would you wait to use Powershell when it comes right out of the box on your computer?

Lots of files aren't tagged with a specific category. So, what kind of file does the ReadMe.txt belong to, and what about MyResumee.txt?

It's not clear to me what the OP wants to get out of this. For pictures, there are programs already that can tag and label each file without much trouble. This often means using a database run by an app, like XnView. Also, I wonder if they actually want something called "macro software" in general terms? If so, Autohotkey is one thing I've used myself for all kinds of things.
