Hi! Welcome. I'm trying to enhance the realism of my GTA5 gameplay as a police officer in single-player. I use the LSPDFR mod, which is really impressive. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to get digital USB gauges that work with the car's gauges in the game. I understand I'll need to write some code, but I have a rough idea of how to approach this. Also, I'm looking for more authentic features like realistic turn singles, flasher button lights, a PC steering wheel, gear shift, and emergency brake. I already have mods that handle most of these, but I want to make sure I get everything just right for a realistic driving experience. I'm limited by my current situation since I can't drive in real life.

I hope you can offer a significant amount or substantial resources to achieve your goals. For the most authentic experience, you might consider following Linus's method (details in the video description):

Linus's method demands you put everything together yourself.
However, if you invest more in the solution, you can also cover assembly costs, similar to ordering everything through Digital Motorsports:

This option would greatly enhance the realism. Another possibility is merging the custom-built simulator with VR, which would further improve immersion.
