The title clearly states the requirements, and I focus on compatibility with devices like a 960 4 GB system. I’m flexible about the genre and okay with emulation if needed.

Limbo is available for free on the Epic Games Store and runs smoothly on a GTX 960. It’s a solid title. https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/free-games Sheepy: A Short Adventure is free on Steam and has a charming feel. Received overwhelmingly positive feedback. I tried it and found it enjoyable.

I understand you mentioned FREE, but I should note that Portal 2 is currently on sale for just two dollars. If you haven’t played it yet and are looking for a top-quality game, it’s definitely worth the price if you can. It’s likely one of the best you can get for that amount. There are over 360,000 positive reviews, but the real fun is in the game itself! (Portal joke)

Interesting. I revisit it every couple of years. Portal 2 also includes the Steam Workshop, letting you download numerous single-player maps and campaigns created by others. Some match the main narrative. Purchasing the Orange Box gives you Half Life 2 plus both episodes and Portal 1 for a reasonable price. These are definitely top-tier titles. I enjoy replaying Half Life 2 every couple of years as well. All these games should run smoothly on your GTX 960. Time to dive back in!

If more concepts are explored: competitive multiplayer scenarios. Works on any platform, even Switch. I’m ready to propose a gacha game option. There are several titles nearby, but I’m currently focused on the newest 3 in Mihoyo: Genshin Impact – open-world action RPG. Honkai Star Rail – turn-based RPG. Zenless Zone Zero – action RPG. If you enjoy the style, there’s plenty of narrative to engage with. No cost required at all. A few notable mentions: Wuthering Waves – a newer alternative to Genshin with improved visuals, though it feels less cohesive overall. Infinity Nikki – the original story was charming, but the latest update may have altered it, making it confusing for new players. It remains functional but the beginning has been altered, diminishing the overall experience. This brings to mind games like World of Warships and World of Tanks, offering both PvP and co-op formats. I only appreciate WOWS, even if just in limited settings.

Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun, the popular 1999 strategy game, is now available as freeware! Share this opportunity to promote the Command & Conquer series among gamers of that time.
