Do you understand the reason behind these visual issues? It seems the problem persists even when adjusting everything to low resolution, despite your GPU and CPU being capable of handling the game at full settings. You've also tested multiple servers without success.

Make sure your drivers are up to date. The previous versions had issues, but an update resolved them.

It doesn't make much sense, but starting and stopping GeForce Experience appears to resolve the issue. I hadn't considered updating the drivers since I downloaded and installed a new one from NVIDIA yesterday. Appreciate you bringing it up.
