I believe the problem might lie here because my setup feels different from others I've used before. NMS and Overwatch often lag compared to similar builds, while Fallout 4, Skyrim SE, Dishonored 2, and Riders Republic all run smoothly or better. It seems odd for someone new like me, but based on what I’ve noticed so far, it points to RAM as the main concern. I found a forum user with an identical setup who closed the thread after recommending upgrading to two sticks of RAM. He didn’t confirm it fixed his issues but marked the post as resolved. Another suggested the PC’s built-in storage might be insufficient, which I plan to test systematically—starting with RAM. I’ve never considered altering or replacing parts before, especially a GPU, but it was surprisingly simple. It made me curious about upgrading and swapping components myself. Even though I faced challenges, the troubleshooting process has been rewarding, and this PC has taught me a lot about building systems. It’s ironic since I bought a prebuilt to avoid this situation, yet here I am eager to try changes!
