I just completed a BIOS update on my motherboard. The monitor stopped showing the keyboard and mouse as soon as I pressed "yes." I didn’t realize I hadn’t installed a graphics card, and the monitor was plugged into the board. Should I keep waiting? It’s been more than two hours now. The fans are still running but not restarting cycles. My specs are: Asus x670 P Wi-Fi, 7950X, 32GB DDR5, 6000 RAM, Team Delta 1200, Corsair power supply. No graphics card (RMA 7900 XTX).

Do you possess a USB stick containing your updated BIOS, labeled "PX670PW.CAP"? If yes, you should be able to adhere to the instructions in chapter 2.2 of your motherboard manual to restore your system to a functional condition. Fortunately, your board includes BIOS FlashBack functionality, so you don’t need the USB stick connected. Good luck and let’s see how it turned out!

Thanks for your reply. I’ve finally decided to stop waiting. I powered off the computer entirely, disconnected all connections, and waited roughly 40 seconds. After that, I reconnected everything and it started up correctly—seems like the BIOS update didn’t happen. Still, my old BIOS version remains installed.
