Looking for assistance with Ram in Bios?
Earlier this year I assembled a new system and encountered difficulties with the RAM. Whenever I turned on XMP, the machine would freeze, so I didn’t bother investigating until now. Now I’m eager to resolve the issue. I’d welcome any advice on how to prevent crashes when running at 3600 instead of 2133. Other unrelated details: my NVME N.2 SSD is in the third slot instead of the first because I was experiencing problems, and I intend to purchase a new one and install it in the first position.
Consider updating your BIOS if you haven't already. Especially if you're still using the BIOS version from 2020 that was shipped with the motherboard. Updates enhance memory capabilities and stability. The AGESA patches also resolve issues and boost overall system reliability. If you're the final BIOS version from 2020, you're likely missing over eight revisions. The most recent is F37b, released on March 23, 2023. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X57...rt-dl-bios
