This is normal to some extent for many games. Depending on your hardware, using Nvidia DSR/DLDSR could help (or whatever the AMD equivalent is). Otherwise, better/stronger AA related techniques could help. That's why I mentioned DLAA, DLSS/XeSS since those have to use some form of TAA also. FSR is specifically excluded since it is really awful in this area. Maybe the later 3.x versions got better but hardly anything supports it.

It seems unusual if proper AA is active and AF is enabled, but the native res is missing. Perhaps the game isn't functioning correctly. You might want to try the AA injector tool if available, or it could be an issue with the game itself.

It seems like you're experiencing typical aliasing issues, especially around distant objects. SMAA and FXAA aren't very effective here. TAA might reduce the shimmering but could introduce ghosting or blurring, requiring additional fixes. Your GPU usage is low (45-55%), so you're not constrained by it. You should have room to boost image quality with DSR and other tweaks. I can't promise a full fix, but it might help. Trying DSR 2.25x with 33% smoothing could be a good start.

Yes, the NVIDIA settings are set to default. You might want to replace the games AA with the version from the NVIDIA app, keeping other options unchanged, which worked for a few titles.

I don’t know much about the NVIDIA app or control panel. I’ve tried DSR but it hasn’t helped. The antialiasing didn’t resolve the issue either. Could this be a monitor problem or a hardware fault?

You're showing your own messages inside a quotation format. For quoting others, this isn't functioning properly. Consider using Reshade for improved results.
