Hi everyone, i'm assisting my parents with upgrading our home network. On prime day, i purchased two new TP-Link routers (ax5400 and ax1800). My main question is about configuring the second router so it functions as a wired network extender to cover the rest of the house. I already have the ax5400 working with internet access via a wired switch connected to computers and TVs. I'm unsure whether i should set the second router in a different mode or keep it in router mode, which currently shares the same SSID and password. Are there any other adjustments i should make? Just setting everything up as default seems sufficient so far. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Set AX1800 to AP mode and connect LAN to LAN via Ethernet to the main router.
