I understand you're new to Linux or macOS and need guidance. I'll keep things simple and clear. Let me know what you're trying to do with OS X on a second partition, and I'll help you through it step by step.

It’s probably not compatible with your laptop. Could you tell me the model and the components inside?

I recall my friend was exploring the installation of OS X on a desktop, but he mentioned it’s quite complicated. He explained that Apple only provides support for specific hardware they integrate into their systems, meaning anything outside that range wouldn’t run smoothly.

Laptop features: Acer Aspire e5-511 Pentium N3530 with integrated GPU, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB HDD. Desktop specs include Core i3 6100, Gigabyte motherboard, 2TB Seagate drive, 160GB Toshiba HDD, 250GB WD drive, and an 8GB DDR4 GTX 750ti. You’re confident your desktop works, but you’re not sure about the laptop.

Avoid the Ti Series as they often cause issues with full QE/CI performance. The NVIDIA GT 700 Series is recommended instead.
