I’m considering purchasing the Elgato HD60 S. I've been observing videos on its installation and functionality, and I believe I grasp the setup process. However, my graphics card—a 2080Ti—possesses a single HDMI output connected to my screen. Consequently, I’m unsure how I'll connect the Elgato since I lack an additional HDMI port. Should I require a splitter, and if so, will it preserve my monitor’s 144Hz refresh rate when connected through the splitter? Could someone offer guidance?

The audio transmits via the HD 60 s, which features HDMI input and output. Therefore, you’ll need an HDMI cable connecting your 2080ti to the Elgato, followed by another HDMI cable linking that device to your display.

Yeah I understand that but how about if I’m doing a dual pc set up. You think I’ll have to go from HDMI to HDMI splitter then HDMI from splitter to dvi transition to monitor. Then other HDMI to elgato HD 60 then go to the second pc HDMI?
