I own an Intel Core I5 750. Lately, it's been limiting performance with my R9 280x. I'm looking for assistance to boost its speed to 3.8ghz or 4.0ghz. I have a good cooler, so temperatures shouldn't be a concern. Appreciate your help!

You need to open your bios to delete something when you start your computer and use a tweaker tool. From there, just set the core ratio to manual. You might reach 3.8ghz, which could stop the bottleneck on your GPU. If the system fails, you may have to reset the motherboard and look for YouTube tutorials to learn how to manage voltage carefully, as that is your biggest challenge during overclocking.
