I have some concerns about overclocking. Could you assist me?
What tools are available for overclocking (provide separate lists for Intel and AMD)?
Is it safe to overclock with a good cooler, even if the temperature is acceptable? Could voltage increases still shorten the motherboard’s lifespan?
How much performance improvement can be expected from maximum overclocking of the CPU and GPU compared to stock settings?
After overclocking, the stability screen turns black due to insufficient voltage. The issue persists even after restarting the PC.
In Windows 10, there is only an option to enter BIOS within the operating system; there’s no shortcut key like F8 or F10.
How can I access BIOS if the screen remains black?
From which frequency should I begin overclocking—base frequency or turbo frequency?
At what rate should I adjust the voltage?
Does overclocking a graphics card improve performance?

If you restart repeatedly and press delete, it should allow you to access BIOS. Overclocking remains safe as long as temperatures and voltages stay within limits. Exceeding these could cause problems. On Ryzen, there isn’t much room for overclocking. For me, overclocking is the best way to lower the voltage and reduce temperature while maintaining speed.
