Hey there! I recently got Rainbow Six Siege and found the audio quality to be quite poor. It’s hard to tell where footsteps are coming from, and the sound options are limited to master volume, music, and dialogue. I’m looking for a way to improve the experience—ideally using Dolby or surround sound support in Windows 10, maybe with an equalizer as a bonus. I’d like to do this without any third-party apps. Thanks!

Recognized issue. However, at this stage it's considered a feature rather than a bug. The sound propagation in Siege has contributed to my decision to leave, along with the negative reception from fans and the scrim community.
