I compare the two options. The first link is from SAMPOW, a UK-based seller with fewer choices, but it offers a reputable brand. The second link is from MZHOU, providing a broader selection and more flexibility across Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Most companies don’t offer a single product yet, but I have a piece of card now. It should be more advanced; the PCIe USB3.2 Gen1 Type-E expansion card with a 20-pin front connector and a 19-pin socket, along with a 5Gbps adapter chip for Windows XP through Linux. Your ASUS B550 gaming motherboard supports USB C, but your case only has USB 3 headers.

Both options are viable. I haven’t used adapters before, so I’m suggesting something more familiar, though either should work.
