I am purchasing a new motherboard and I need guidance on which one to choose. I currently fall between two options, but my knowledge of specifications isn’t strong, so I’m seeking advice. Could someone assist me with both motherboards and recommend the best fit for my current gear? I’d appreciate it if you could provide details about the models I’m considering and suggest alternatives if they’re more expensive or better suited. This would help me stay within a budget of around 250-300 euros. Thank you!

They should function properly, though I prefer the ASRock BIOS. Regarding the new RAM, I’m not sure if it’s necessary unless you really need more than 32 Gigs.

I am purchasing two fresh 32GB RAM modules to replace my current setup, which consists of two 16GB sticks. I’m likely to dispose of them or store them safely.
