I'm searching for a laptop or chromebook that supports 1080p60fps YouTube videos at a good price. The current options appear to have Intel Celeron Nseries CPUs and 4GB of RAM. I'm wondering if the N4020 with 4GB should suffice, or if I should consider higher specifications like 8GB or a better CPU.
