Hi everyone, I own a CenturyLink Greenwave C4000XG modem and router for a 940MB connection. Initially everything worked well for two months, but recently the Wi-Fi has been significantly slower—only on certain devices. For instance, my phone downloads just 340MB on Ookla’s test, while my wife’s phone, tablet, or even the PS4 only gets 20-40MB to the same server.

1. No QoS settings in place that might affect performance.
2. Tested devices on both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz bands.
3. Devices tested inside the same room.
4. Disconnected and reconnected devices without issue.
5. Wired connection is functioning properly (940MB speed).

To be honest, I’m not sure what to do next and can’t pinpoint the problem.
