Consider enabling the XMP profile to address the RAM configuration issue. The 1.325V setting definitely leads to instability since it's under-voltage; also, the voltage should be increased rather than decreased. Your RAM is rated at 1600MHz and 1.5V—if you need to adjust manually, try 9-9-9-27 or 9-9-9-28 (not 9-9-9-24). For 1333MHz at 1.525V, if instability persists, raise the voltage by 0.025V until the system runs smoothly. It's recommended to use the XMP profile instead.

Sorry, because I read the manual page 14: DDR3 1333 or higher memory support on this desktop board requires
compatible XMP-enabled memory or advanced knowledge of BIOS and
manual memory tuning. Individual results may vary. That why I said use XMP.
Well that's strange. But I think perhaps it calls it "automatic profile" and not xmp.
I think I can set it manually well enough though. Here is the rundown of what I have access to in the BIOS...
Baseclock (multiplier stuck at 20 for xeons)
CPU Voltage.
CPU Power settings.
RAM multiplier, timings, and voltage.
QPI Voltage.
IOH Voltage.
PCIE clock speed.
Consider keeping IOH Voltage, PCIE clock speed steady or auto. Adjust RAM timing, voltage, CPU voltage, etc. I found a thread that might help. Check it out: https://forums.anandtech.com/threads/hel...s.2371758/
Suggest adjusting IOH Voltage, PCIE clock speed, or keeping it as auto. BCLK =20, modify RAM timing, voltage, CPU voltage, etc. I found a thread that might help. https://forums.anandtech.com/threads/hel...s.2371758/
Believe it or not, I cracked the RAM mystery. It's holding steady at 9-9-9-27 with a 1336mhz base clock, giving me around 3.675ghz (1.3, 1.289 with vdroop) when using auto-voltage and an offset of 122mhz. So far it's stable, and temperatures haven't exceeded 80°C.
3.85Ghz at that voltage is working well, as far as I understand. Planning to use prime95 next.
DukeOvilla suggested adjusting IOH Voltage and PCIE clock speed, keeping BCLK at 20, and modifying RAM timing, voltage, CPU voltage, etc. He mentioned checking a forum thread for overclocking advice and asked about the memory uncore.
