Looking for assistance changing FN and CTRL key functions on your Thinkpad T42?
I have a Thinkpad T42 with Windows XP Professional SP3 32-bit installed. I'm trying to change the function keys but keep getting a beep whenever I press CTRL + something. The BIOS doesn't offer this option, and there aren't any keyboard driver solutions online for it. Anyone have suggestions on how to proceed? Also, I used a Keyboard Tester and adjusted the CTRL registers randomly, but it didn't help. Thanks!
