Your IPD is 55.5mm, which is within the Quest’s range (58-72) and slightly below the Index’s lower limit (58-70). The Rift-S is fixed at 63.5mm, also within Quest’s range. You should be able to enjoy VR comfortably without significant discomfort.

It would be wise to check out a VR store or similar place to experience it firsthand and observe the outcomes.
