Unless someone offers a free key (asking for one isn't allowed, just in case you get into trouble), the best options are to purchase directly from Steam or attempt to obtain a SteamKey version on G2A again. It makes sense that BiStudio support won’t assist—G2A typically sources keys from the black market or stolen credit cards.
