I spoke with a seller named Javier180 and Cory. I asked them questions about how they get the keys. They explained they purchase in bulk and are genuine. Once I confirmed their legitimacy, I created a YouTube video and asked them to sponsor it. They suggested giving away a few keys.

Bought Windows 8.1 Pro (N) for $15 from the mentioned link. Functioned flawlessly. Used a Windows 8.1 AIO 64bit (20 in 1) ISO to set up. Thought this is the most reliable method. You might find an updated ISO version available.
