Are there any existing lines such as a satellite dish or aerial that could be connected? You can then lay cables through them.

They need to be drilled because vents aren't suitable for running cables.

Unfortunately there are no vents on the outside, it has a perforated soffit and the laundry vents up out the roof. There is also very poor attic access.
