The variation is around 1% on average, which isn't a big deal. Also, the main timing doesn't significantly impact performance compared to the hidden secondary delays. If you need to cut 32GB of RAM just for a few extra frames per second, it's not worth it—add more RAM if you really need it.

For the 3200mhz model, use 14-14-14-34 with 1.35V. For the 3600mhz model, use 16-16-16-36 at the same voltage. Both configurations support 64GB storage.

If the prices are nearly identical, the 3600MHz model is likely superior for simply enabling XMP and finishing the job. If you plan to customize further, the 3600MHz version might offer better performance, potentially yielding more clocks or tighter timings during manual tuning. I own a 3200MHz CL16 with four 16GB modules and have successfully run it at 3600MHz (CL14 or CL16) after tuning manually—it’s far more involved than just applying XMP.

I bought Team Group Dark Pro 3600C16 and run it at 3800C16 with FCLK 1:1. Probably could get those timings down a touch more but I'm OK with were they're at. Pretty much any B-die kit will do. I opted for 3600 cos I'm already at that sweetspot if I want to back the OC down for whatever reason.
