Hello, I'm not very familiar with this topic. I got a prebuilt PC a few years back and now I'm thinking about upgrading. I currently have a GTX 1650 and want to switch to an RTX 3060. I've heard good things about the RTX 3060 but I want to make sure it's a better option. My motherboard is a Gigabyte B560M DSH3 V2, my CPU is an i5-11400f, and my PSU is a TEMPEST PSU PRO 650W.

You should be able to upgrade to the 3060 without any issues. The only concern is my lack of knowledge about your PSU, but it should work fine for the new setup.
