Hi! I would appreciate some help in a recently built pc for office use. After I completed the build there is no display, nothing... Build: - Motherboard: Asus Prime H610M-K D4 - CPU: Intel 13th gen 13100 - RAM: 16GB 3200MHz, Corsair Vengeance LPX CL16 (CMK16GX4M2E3200C16 - PSU: Seasonic 550w The things that I tried: -restarting PC - changing HDMI cables - triing different monitors - changing the RAM slots, triing with only one stick or two but in different places -Checked the ASUS site for the RAM and it is supported. The QLED core says its DRAM. Can someone help me with some ideas what could go wrong or what to do, before sending it back to the retailer. Thank you, Boren

It seems the CPU is from the 13th generation but the BIOS is outdated. Updating requires a 12th-gen processor, yet I can't do that without it since the 13th caused major issues. I'm considering resetting the CMOS by removing the small battery in the motherboard and then reinserting it—hoping this gives a chance to update the BIOS. Afterward, the system might work again if I try installing the newer BIOS. Could this be the root cause? Thanks, Boren.

Finally resolved the issue. No one replied, but perhaps someday someone will read this and appreciate my efforts. 1. After acquiring the PC with the 12th generation CPU, I swapped in the 13th generation. 2. Reset CMOS by removing the battery from the memory card before reinserting it. (Discovered that the method failed without the battery). 2. I retrieved the necessary update files from the manufacturer's website on another machine. 3. Open BIOS, navigate to advanced settings, and select the flash drive to load the update file via the external driver. Enable the update option. 4. Once completed, verify the BIOS version to confirm it matches the downloaded one. 5. Power off, unplug the device, install the 13th generation CPU, reset CMOS again. 6. Reconnect and it worked perfectly! Have a great day, Boren.
