I'm searching for a basic USB operated vibrating gadget. It should look like a phone but contain only a vibrator inside. I've seen various vibrating controllers, sex toys, and haptic devices, but nothing this straightforward. It seems unlikely anyone has made one before. Do you know of any options?

Which case is being referred to?
What type of vibrator is being discussed?
What actions or circumstances should lead to these vibrations?
Why is USB control necessary?
Further details are required.

The discussion should focus on a cell telephone-sized device designed for easy handling or resting against the body. A vibrating model is needed, which should activate upon receiving a command from its connected device. It might not rely on USB control, though this is ideal since most computers have a USB port available.

Your message is merely a request for a product search and not a concern about a computer peripheral issue. I conducted some quick searches, and it seems there is already a lot of relevant information online. The post might also attract responses that aren't suitable for a family-oriented forum or general discussion. I will close this thread accordingly.
