Hey! I'm really frustrated with this B450 Aorus Pro Wifi mini board. It makes a lot of noise when I render movies or play games at higher FPS than 60, like in CSGO. I've tried everything to reduce the sound, but others on forums say it's a common issue. I'm open to buying an ATX version and using a larger case. I won't overclock the CPU or the GPU. At the moment, these are the options available in Sweden—what should I pick? MSI B450 GAMING PLUS, ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F, MSI X470 GAMING PLUS MAX? Thanks! Smile

Confirm if the issue stems from the motherboard or the PSU's coil whine.

Everything is completely new on the motherboard. All components are in perfect condition, though I swapped out the PSU to a fresh one and the issue still persists. The noise intensifies when the IGPU is under strain.

New components may exhibit coil whine regardless of age. Which power supply unit are you currently using?

The new card at this model doesn't alter anything—it's a universal issue. Every card in this design shares the same problem. Would you believe the cards listed would fit?

Unlikely the internet would overflow with complaints, yet only a handful of similar issues appear online. No assurances about coil whine, but among the three, ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F for gaming isn't top-notch, the other two are solid choices—just choose between them. Updated my entry, initially misplaced the motherboard. Edited March 20, 2020 by noxdeouroboros

Noise from the cooling fan and motherboard issues aren't fixed by replacing the board. Upgrade your cooler for better performance.
